Often within only a few remote or in person sessions, clients with chronic knee, hip, foot, neck or back pain tend to experience noticeable improvements.
The key is interrupting existing habits and repeatedly giving the nervous system calm, grounded, and gentle movement that the nervous system can accept and integrate...because we are moving IN our durable, springy design, not fighting or distorting it with force!
