Moving As Designed helps us adapt out of injury and sedentary lifestyles and into the blueprint of effortless, springy movement we had as children. Pain-free athleticism is the fountain of youth!

Deb Voisin started this in part because her worst injuries were FROM OVERSTRETCHING when she taught yoga 15X/week! And because she was able to fully recover from disabling hip and knee injuries without surgery by working with simple organically aligned movement.
Even within only one or two sessoins, clients with chronic joint pain tend to experience noticeable improvements! Even if we are meeting remotely!
