Walking, catching yourself, changing direction, and getting up from the ground rely on coordinated rhythm — not force alone.
In this workshop, we explore gentle rhythmic movement patterns that help your strength organize itself in time.
You’ll experience:
• spiral loading
• elastic rebound (instead of bracing)
• bounce and push patterns common in older dances
• a few basic world dance patterns practiced with back-chain dominance and springy feet
This is not choreography.
No dance experience needed.
Monthly Saturday at 4:00 pm Pacific Time
$25 USD PER SESSION, $20 each for a set of 5 used within one year.

Elastic Strength, Organic Alignment & Everyday Movement Patterns
Live 30-minute Zoom classes for building elastic strength, centered joints, and practical movement patterns you can use in real life — from walking and stairs to lifting, dancing, and eventually sprinting capacity.
All classes are 30 minutes live on Zoom.

Tuesdays, 9:30–10:00am PT — Super Butt
Posterior chain strength, hip organization, glutes, feet, and grounded power.
Thursdays, 9:30–10:00am PT — Rhythmic Roots
Coordination, rhythm, breath, gait, dance-based movement, and whole-body timing.
Fridays, 9:30–10:00am PT — Face & Feet
Foot intelligence, facial tension, tongue/jaw/eye patterns, breath, and nervous system organization.
