Learn to harness gravity so running and walking become LOWER IMPACT. This will work even for people who HATE RUNNING. My last student who had a nagging knee injury for months was BOUNDING and SPRINTING on the treadmill at the end of the workshop without pain!!

ZOOM WORKSHOPS

LEVEL 1: The 3rd Thursday of every month 12-1:15 pm
Has not taken at least 4 private or group classes with me OR cannot easily get up and down from the ground
LEVEL 2: The 2nd Thursday of every month 12-1:15 pm
Has taken at least 4 private or group classes with me AND and can easily get up and down from the ground without pain and put pressure on your knees
Movement is about change, going from one place to another. My offerings shift and change depending on what people need! If you need something, likely other people do too and we can create new offerings that work!
**If you and a friend or family member want to be the core of a new recurring class, let's figure out a time!
